Overview
Built to the highest standards, the 1400 V uses Tanco’s variable hydraulic speed control, coupled with a unique split table; the result is the most stable and fastest trailed wrapper on the market.
With a single press of button, the wrapper automatically moves from the road position directly behind the tractor, to an off-set position for field operation. The wrapper follows the line of the baler and avoids crossing swathes.
Key Features
Telescopic Cut & Start
The unique telescopic Cut & Start opens to three times its resting position and gathers the plastic film into a single strand. Once the film is securely held it is then cut. The result is an ultra-reliable Cut & Start system, giving you peace of mind.
Even Weight Distribution
The wrapping position of the bale is in front of the axle distributing the weight across the low ground pressure wheels and the tractor, reducing ground compaction and resulting in an extremely stable operation whilst remaining lightweight.
End-Tip
Bales can be placed on their flat end with the optional End-Tip kit, where plastic concentration is greatest, reducing the risk of damage to the bale and also ensuring bales do not roll once off-loaded.

Auto-Start
When bales contact the Auto-Start paddle the loading sequence is automatically started.
Telescopic Cut & Start
A patented system, the telescopic Cut & Start extends to three times its resting state extending and then retracting to gather the film into a single strand. Once gathered and held, only then is the film cut, resulting in an ultra-reliable system you can have confidence in.
Variable Speed Hydraulics
Proportional hydraulics means hydraulic functions, such as wrap arm speed, can be variably adjusted to ramp up and down, ensuring a smoother and more consistent wrapping operation, resulting in less vibration and longer machine life.

The TANCO 1400 V wrapper is by far the best designed and most suitable high output wrapper on the market. The split table gives a comfortable transition between loading and unloading bales while maintaining a low centre of gravity, perfect for wet and heavy bales!
The cut and tie is incredibly reliable and firmly holds the plastic every time.
The monitor and controls are a pleasure to use, particularly on those long days when you have a massive workload to get through with unsuitable weather looming!
