High-Output Trailed Round Bale Wrapper
The Most Stable. The Fastest. 100+ Bales Per Hour.
The 1400 V uses Tanco's variable hydraulic speed control, coupled with a unique split table — the result is the most stable and fastest trailed wrapper on the market. Built for contractors who demand maximum output without compromising bale quality.
With a single press of a button, the wrapper automatically moves from road position directly behind the tractor to an offset position for field operation. The machine follows the line of the baler and avoids crossing swathes — minimising ground compaction and keeping your headlands clean.
The wrapping position places the bale in front of the axle, distributing weight across the low ground pressure wheels and the tractor. The result is an extremely stable operation that remains lightweight — capable of targeting 110+ bales per hour with confidence.

The patented telescopic Cut & Start opens to three times its resting position, gathering the plastic film into a single strand. Once securely held, the film is cut — giving you a system you can depend on bale after bale, all day long.

The bale wraps in front of the axle, spreading load across the low ground pressure wheels and the tractor drawbar. Less compaction. Greater stability. A machine that stays planted even under maximum output conditions.

When bales contact the Auto-Start paddle, the entire loading sequence is triggered automatically. No manual input. No delays. Just continuous, consistent output from the first bale to the last.

1400 Series — detailed dimensions, hydraulic requirements, and operational data.

The 1400 now makes breaking the 100 bales an hour barrier a very realistic and attainable target.
The TANCO 1400 V wrapper is by far the best designed and most suitable high output wrapper on the market. The split table gives a comfortable transition between loading and unloading bales while maintaining a low centre of gravity — perfect for wet and heavy bales. The cut and tie is incredibly reliable and firmly holds the plastic every time. We've been using these machines since 2011 with a combined total of over 160,000 bales wrapped.
